BOYS and/or GIRLS TEAMS
RUBBISH:-
Clubs, please inform your players of their responsibility in leaving the pool surrounds clean and tidy after their use.
After the last game at the Valley it is usual for the Valley staff to collect between 60 to 80 bottles/drink containers (many half full and some not even opened).
The same problem occurs at all the pools but to a lesser extent.
This is not acceptable - players must take their drinks bottles with them at the end of every game.
THE BENCH:-
While a game is in progress, the ‘bench’, the area under the tent cover at either end of the pool, can only be occupied by the coach/es, manager and game players.
Parents, friends and other players from the Club are not permitted to be in this area.
BWPI Pool Coordinators have been instructed to remove any unauthorised people from these areas.
REFEREEING:-
BWPI wished to again stress that it is the responsibility of each Club to ensure the referees they assign to their games are capable of refereeing the standard of game as per the program. This is only fair to teams being refereed and to the Club-appointed referees as well.
NB:- Referees are NOT allowed to referee in the Age Group in which they play or in any higher Age Group.
For example:- An U16 player can not referee any games in U16 or U18, only games in U15 and younger.
