How to become a Polo Bears member?
If you have any questions regarding your registration please contact the
Polo Bears Registrar. We are always happy to assist.
The easiest way for both returning and new members to register is online at:
You can request your username or password on the first page, or alternatively you can contact the
Polo Bears Registrar at
Registrar@Polobears.com.au if you have any questions or problems.
You will then be invoiced by the Polo Bears for payment by either cheque or Direct Deposit.
OR Complete the attached
Registration form.
Then post the Registration form to:

Please enclose a cheque for payment or an invoice will be forwarded to enable direct deposit.
Payment at the time of invoicing would be appreciated.

How much does it cost? Registration Fee
- $360.00 Juniors under 18 years, Born 1994 or later.
- $360.00 Seniors
For second and third members from the
same family, the fee is reduced to $325.00
- $120.00 2nd Registration. Primary Club is not the Polo Bears, but play also for the Polo Bears – may be charged for any training sessions attended. For example a player plays for their school in the first instance but also Polo Bears.
- $100.00 Flippa Ball program
Fees are inclusive of pool entry for training sessions, BWPI/QWPI/AWPI associated Fees and club/equipment fee.
All players are registered with the QLD Water Polo Association and insured through Australian Water Polo Inc and as usual most of your registration payment goes toward those payments.
