Register to play for Polo Bears this season
The new MemberPool is now open for registrations for the upcoming season. All participants must be registered and financial prior to the commencement of your competition. Please read through all steps before commencing registration process

STEP 1 - Register

STEP 2 - Enter your details

All new and returning participants will be required to enter their personal details for the first time into the MemberPool system.

We apologise if you already have a member profile in our old system, however to ensure we have your most up-to-date personal & contact details, for this season as we transition to the new system, we will require you to enter all the required information.

You will also be setup with your MemberPool login details to access your individual member portal throughout the season.

STEP 3 - Select your membership category

Member Type	Definition
Junior Member U12s	an individual, who plays in any U12s team
Junior Member U13s to U18s	an individual, who plays in any junior team from U13s to U18s
Junior Member Insurance Only	an individual aged under 18 years, who plays in any junior team from U12s to U18s and pays Insurance by credit card & club fees by direct deposit to Polo Bears
Junior Training Clinics	an individual participating in a come n try program, up to 12 years of age. Limited to 8 weeks duration.
Ladies/Mens Senior Season A&B	an individual born 2000 or older playing in the senior competition
FlippaBall	an individual participating in a sanctioned FlippaBall program, up to 12 years of age.
Coach	an individual who is not an active player but is involved as a Coach
Referee	an individual who is not an active player but is involved as a Referee
Team Manager	an individual who is not an active player but is involved as a Team Manager
Committee Member	an individual who is not an active player but is involved as a Committee Member
