Registrations for Season 2026/2027 will open from the 1st of September
Please complete the registration process below ready for our new season
The instructions on how to renew your membership are:
- Click on the Polo Bears "Register Here" button below.
- Select “Renew” National ID – if you don’t know this please do not worry; simply enter your Child’s surname and date of birth select RENEW
- An email will then be sent to the email address currently registered with WPQ In the email,
- Click on the black box RENEW MEMBERSHIP Select the “Platinum” Membership – this is the annual fees for players (combination of WPQ fees $211 and Polo Bears fees $569) – payment is via credit card
- Complete your child's details
- Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed to you
For new members (who have never been registered in waterpolo before):
- Click on the Polo Bears "Register Here" button below.
- Click REGISTER
- Select Registration type
- Populate the fields through to payment.

If successfully registered you will receive a system generated acknowledgment email which contains your LOG IN DETAILS. Your
login is very IMPORTANT please take note of your log in as you will need this to access your profile on revSport and the Learning Pool.

For new to waterpolo players, at the back of the attachment you will see some instructions to get you registered in the system for the first time. This only needs to be done once.
For parents of who have a PlayOn! Voucher from the Queensland Government
There is a Membership class set up specifically to allow you to use it at Registration.
YOU MUST ENTER YOUR 2026 PLAYON! VOUCHER PLEASE DON’T USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A VALID CURRENT PLAYON VOUCHER.
You will be asked to provide the voucher number as part of the process.
IF YOU ARE A RETURNING MEMBER IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU OVERWRITE ANY OLD VOUCHER NUMBER IN THE PLAYON! FIELD IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP
DETAILS. OTHERWISE, WE AREN’T ABLE TO CLAIM AND WILL NEED TO INVOICE YOU!!!
If you are coaching this season and want to use your coaching payments to pay for your waterpolo then please get in touch and we can provide you with a DISCOUNT CODE to ensure you can register but only pay your WPQ and WPA fees.
If you would like the opportunity to pay your Club Fees in smaller amounts, then please get in touch and we will provide you with a 50%
upfront DISCOUNT CODE and you can pay the rest during the season.
